We offer flexible options for managing the pre-transport of your vehicle in the country where it was purchased. Whether you prefer to organize the transport to the outbound port yourself or have us handle it, we have the experience and network to support you.
We have access to a wide range of reliable agents who can assist with the inland transport of your vehicle, ensuring a smooth transition to the port of departure. Once your vehicle has been cleared by customs, you can choose to have it delivered directly to your desired location, or you can opt to pick it up at our warehouse in Porto for further convenience.
Ocean Freight
At Vaga Divertida, our experienced partners ensure that your vehicle is securely loaded into a container for safe transport. The vehicle will be de-registered with the local customs authorities in the country of origin, and once all required documents are settled, the vehicle will be shipped to the port of destination.
Upon arrival, the ship will be unloaded, and in most cases, the container will be transported to our office warehouse in Porto, often from the Port of Leixões, for further handling and processing.
Unloading and Customs Clearance
Once the container arrives at thePorto base, it is professionally unloaded by our team. Afterward, the vehicle goes through customs clearance by our expert staff. Once the vehicle has been cleared, you will be notified, and you will have five days to pick up your vehicle from our facility. After this period, storage fees may apply.
Alternatively, you can choose to have Vaga Divertida deliver the vehicle directly to your doorstep for added convenience.

This partnership allows us to guarantee fast handling and ensures that your vehicle can be imported with minimal modifications.
We also have an in-house workshop fully equipped to perform any necessary technical conversions and annual inspections. Once we receive the EU type approval, we can proceed with registering the vehicle on your behalf.
